- Third-party integration. Payment gateways, identity providers, CRM platforms, document services and cloud AI services such as face and image analysis, integrated with the fallback behaviour to keep your application working when a dependency does not.
- Identity and access. Central login, groups, access scopes and actions across a family of applications with Entitle, or integration with your existing identity provider.

How we integrate AI services responsibly
We have integrated Microsoft's Face service into a government application form to validate photo quality in real time. The lesson from that work shapes every AI integration we do: use the minimum signals needed, keep the rules in your configuration rather than the vendor's output, write feedback for the person affected, and build the switch that lets the application keep running without the service.
We use AI tooling heavily in our own engineering. We do not sell AI as a product, and we will tell you plainly when a conventional integration is the better answer.
